little dates to a cute city.

I went on a little date with some friends this weekend. it was nice to get out of the house because of how sick i have been. we headed up to a cute little city and looked at all the art galleries and fun shops. the art was amazing as well as the company. oh yeah, and we both loves star wars. yay for dates to cute towns!

AWESOME WEEKEND! :)

It was VERY eventful. But I loved every second of it.

If i could choose to relive it. I would.

(Except for one part, Keep reading and you will soon find out). 

I Went on a Date! whoo hoo! We got our tickets to Star Trek(which is freaken awesome). But we still had an hour until the movie started. So what did we do? don't worry, we just walked around Shopko, looking at movies and music. Until we stumbled across the Halloween isle, where we then had a sword fight. We looked like fools, but it was SO FUN! aw man, he's a funny guy. 
I woke up and did recruiting for my high school. This is where all the colleges in the state go to a high school and talk about their school, and all that fun jazz.
On Friday Night was the WORST DATE EVER. end of story. Can I just say how I hate immature boys. Ok, listen to this. BestFriend met this boy in her class, he asked us to double with him and his cousin. So we agreed. He asked when we would be ready and we were ready at that very moment. He said they will come get us at 7. Well long story short, he ends up getting lost and yelled at BestFriend for giving the wrong directions. Which she didn't, he just is lame and a baby and got lost himself. So BestFriend and I are waiting in the living room for the dates to come get us. They drive up to the side walk and call her to say 

"Hey we are here". 

BestFriend says "I know, we can see you".

 "Well arent you going to come out?". 

"Yeah, when you come up to the door to get us" 

*groaning* he hangs up.

I feel like this should have been our first sign that the date was not going to well.We are driving in the car, and BestFriends date didnt have his seat belt on. So we turn to get on the freeway, and he falls over onto BestFriend, basically smashing her. He is screaming Whoah Whoah Whoah. um, hi. the junior high is down the road. My date was pretty cool, kinda quite. But i think thats just because his lame cousin was complaining and talking the whole time. Seriously he complained about the chairs, money, how he didn't want to pay for chips and salsa, how his butt hurt. I'm the type of person that can put someone in their place, real fast. So after we had all had enough of his lame immaturity, he asked 

"Are we on State Street? When are we going to be on State Street?"

"Whaatt are you pooping your pants over now?" i said

"Im not pooping my pants, when are we going to be on State Street."

"Oh my*rolling of eyes*.. Soon."

After that it was 9 o'clock, and they took us home. And we were happy. I know I probably sound really mean, but I'm not mean unless someone is being dumb. Which he was. BestFriend and I are actually really good dates, and love going on dates. But not with stupid boys.(And this was only a glimpse of the date, i just didn't feel like telling all of it.) The end

Saturday morning BestFriend, her friend from cheer and I went running in the canyon. It was so much fun. we ran 2 miles in 15 minutes. go team go! After that BestFriend and i went to this boutique in Hometown. I went there just wanting to get a headband, and came back with that and a new purse(pictures on the way). Dang i suck. But they just had so many good deals. BestFriend got a new headband, a purse and cute jeans. Good job :). I then go to my lil brohas soccer game, which they won. Im driving home, when i look over my right shoulder and see who? Don't worry its just that immature pansy baby from the night before. We locked eyes, he took of his sunglasses, and I just laughed. That would happen to me. 

Later that night we had a bon fire in the canyon. OH MY IT WAS SO FUN! We just laughed and talked, and ate starbursts. PS I am kind of keeping a secret from you right now. If things "Evolve" then i'll tell you about it..

Sunday I went to my parents ward, and loved it. I always love going back and visiting. The lessons were defiantly things I needed to hear. I then went to have lunch with ma momma at her work. oh I just lover her! Anyway, this weekend was so awesome. I seriously loved it. :)

7. Make Sure some 5 year old girl doesnt pass you up and go Higher than you. You will get told you are a loser by her sister. True Story
This little girl was Flyin! and i was on the blue ones next to her. Im basically scared of heights so i got not even a 1/4 way up when i wanted to come down. Her sister was at the bottom and said. "That little girl is younger than you are and she is going higher than you are."

"Yes i understand that. thank you for pointing that out"

3 days home, 2 blind dates, and a partrage in a pair tree

WHAT AN AWESOME WEEKEND!
Friday:

• Went a great blind date with Great Guy #1. We went to Brick Oven, and then an comedy sports improv show. HILARIOUS!
• good conversation, lots of laughing, no awkward moments between us. Good To Go!

Saturday:

• Worked on my brothers Eagle project FOREVER!! I started at 11 am. and i didn't finish until about 4 30pm. and thanks to my ocd..it still was not how i wanted. but it works.
• Got ready for Blind Date number 2. this was a random blind date, but hey! any chance to meet new people i'll take it! So im getting ready for this date, and i start curling my hair. and it looked fine, but once again my ocd kicked in. Then you know when you hair gets played around with to much, that it just stops working. YEAH thats what mine did. So it went up in a messy bun with a few curls in the front. Good to Go.
• Smirsten, Mac, and Great Guy #2 came over. They met Carrot top number 1, and Carrot top 2. Mac was teaching CT2 chop sticks. We had a bit to spair because the other couple was running late. so we got to talk and laugh, kinda break the ice. Then DONT WORRY. so Carrot top 1 starts telling a story about CT2. and i was like

"What the! who are you?! what happened to YOUR VOICE?!".. he says "Its my retainer". "No its not!"..
"I have a cold" he says.
"Whatever! who invaded your body?!"..
then classic moment, he says "Mom says im going through a growth spurt" BAHAHAHAHAHA!!!! THATS ALL I COULD DO! i just saw CT1 about 3 weeks ago! and now his voice so low. weird.. oh how wierd.

• So we go to Cafe AWESOME rio. we went to go bowling but didnt work out it was to busy. So we went back to one of the boys house to watch a movie. Yeah totally sat on the couch. He come and sits about a whole person space away from me. then through out the movie we kept scooting towards eachother. it was kinda like we both wanted to but no one made a move kinda thing. or maybe he didnt? anyway.. no cuddling.. WHATTHE! hahaha. i just laugh.
• So both dates rocked! i was just happy that i could go on dates with good guys. I'm so sick of dumb boys. So it just was an awesome weekend

Sunday:

• Went to Church
• Ate dinner. And we all were stressed out from working on everything for my brothers eagle. We were expecting over 70 people to be there, and we just were stressed i guess. i dont know anyway. At dinner we had CT2 singing, CT1 humming, having mom, dad, Indian brother, and myself asking to pass food. so all the sudden i couldnt take it. my temper was shot(its the red hair). i said "ok, no more humming, singing, and no one can say anything unless it is something nice.". well that got eveyone quiet. so it was a quiet meal, and then everything was fine. :)
• My brothers Eagle went well. both sides of the family was there, it was so great to see them! i love my family so much. and i love being with them. it just was good. i was so proud of my brother for getting his Eagle. He is such a good kid! 16 years old and is a genius. he is so motivated, and knows how to get things done. he deffinatly is an example to me.
• After i went and played some fun games with the group from Saturday night. it was so much fun! we played SIGNS, and FLIRK till 11 30pm! it was so much fun. they are really fun people to be around. YAY FOR GOOD FRIENDS :)

So that was my weekend. I got to go on 2 awesome dates, be with my wonderful family, and just be at home. i LOVE LOVE LOVED IT!

My first "MY CHOICE DATE" :)

Ok, so other than high school and asking boys on dates, i never have done it before. There was a boy that i go to school with that lives a couple towns away from home. He's way nice and over the semester, we have been pretty good friends(who knows with boys though, they are confusing ha). So i was going to ask him in person(becuase i hate when i get asked on dates over text). So i texted him, "Hey, I have a question to ask you". he wrote back" well then ask away." i told him, no way man it needs to be in person. he told me that his mind was racing on what it was going to be. he asked for a hint and all i said was "SURPRISE!"
Turns out he was already home, so i resorted to calling him. I was shaking so bad. dont know why, hmm weird. Well obviously he said yes because of pictures below. The date was alot of fun! We went to the SKYBOX. it has about a bajillion TV's that only play sports. sounds like my kinda place! The next plan was going to be to find a parking spot and go to temple square. hmm, NOT! there were so many people, and so much traffic that Betty(the navigation system) was raging. so, we had to figure it out ourselves. yes im sure you can figure out how this turned out. most the date was in the car, and there were six of us in a five man car. we had a couple cops just stare at us, but we got lucky and did not get pulled over. thank heavens! We found a spot and went to Temple Square. there was a child, that made all of us LAUGH SO HARD. he was running around screaming like a crazy, and his voice was dying becuase he was going horse. i turned to everyone and said, that looks like it could be one of my children. OH NO! and he was asain, and i have an asain name. good to go! so in a jiffy, the date was awesome. i felt like it went by so fast though sad moment. but it was fun! YAY i survived my first, "my choice date".

Blind Date

so, my crazy roomate hailey decides to set me up on a blind date with her missionaries brother. i have known about it for 2 weeks or so, and was pretty excited. i always enjoy meeting new people, because by the end i could have a new friend! so anyway, you know on christmas morning when you first wake up, and all the sudden you get this shot of energy and all you can do is jump around and scream. that is how i was feeling. i just was so excited to go on a date! weird huh, but it has been a while since i had gone a date so i was very excited. So the date. we went to a haunted corn maze which totally rocked! then we went to a pizza place in salt lake. my date was SO FUNNY! he just says the most random things ever, good to go. lol so, we are all at dinner and getting ready to leave. when Skyler(my date) starting talking about this really cool park in salt lake. he said that there is this spinny thing that will make you "giggle like a little girl" which in and of itself how he said it was hilarious! we go to this park. i was imaging this big dome thing. no we all just huddled around it and laughed becuase it was not what we were expecting. he told me that it will make me laugh like a little girl. and i was like yeah whatever, its probally going to make me barf thats what its going to make me do!haha. so i sit in and they start spinning me, and it reallydid make you laugh. i couldnt breathe because i just started laughing! hailey stopped it right away because she knows that i have a bit of a problem when i laugh to hard(im sure you can figure it out) ahaha. i stood up, and fell right back down because i was so dizzy. anyway, we all ended up doing it for several times becuase it just was so funny. skyler actaully fell out of it backward, and then was trying to get up but it was almost like he had a brick shoulder becuase he could not get up. anyway then we started talking about funny dear johns. both our dates had actaully been dear johned(well sorta more like the girl just stopped writing kinda thing). it just was the best blind date! it was so fun, no pressure, none of that lovey dovey crap. just good fun! anyway, hopefully this all makes sense, but i guess you just had to be there to think its all funny. oops. hahah
