1/2 cup whole wheat noodles. Hodgson Mills noodles is the kind i like to get
1 1/2 cups of low sodium chicken broth
4 oz chicken
chopped up carrots and celery
cook noodles, carrots and celery until soft. drain water and add chicken broth and chicken and cook until warm. i boiled my noodles, carrots and celery in water first because i didnt want to use all the chicken broth, nor would it be enough to cover the noodles. but do what ever way works for you. then i added a bit of pepper on top.
it's perfect for sick days when you haven't had anything to eat.
